Avocado, Spinach & Feta Spaghetti

Method

In a large pot with boiling salted water cook spaghetti pasta until al dente. Rinse with cool water. Drain well.

In a large bowl mix together spinach, feta, oregano and pine nuts.
Add spaghetti and toss through with olive oil and lemon juice. Top with avocado and a little extra dried oregano.
